Borrower fills out and returns our standard CIS/KYC and Loan Intake forms.
Borrower signs our NCNDA and Success Fees Commission Agreement.
Borrower sends all relevant documentation and financials.

SCOPE OF WORK AND SERVICES TERMS:

A face-to-face call meeting takes place to with our partners to define the terms and conditions of the Package.
Investors' type/profile, location, and messaging setup are defined upon signing up.
Investors' audience and introduction messaging can be modified every month.
Subscription can be canceled at any time starting the following month.
Effective outreach begins within one week of subscribing.
Introductions analytics provided at any time upon request.

This service is done by third party associates, who benefit from a modern and fluid way of introducing opportunities to a prequalified accredited investor audience.
