We have a direct and close relationship with a Private Investor, who likes to acquire a minority share position in promising Startups and SMEs. Then depending on the robustness, they will buy shares for from EUR 3M to EUR 10M.

P BO-OBS LOAN REQUEST WITH ONBOARDING

Borrower fills out and returns our standard CIS/KYC and Loan Intake forms.
Borrower signs our NCNDA and Commission Agreement.
Borrower sends all relevant documentation and financials.
PBO-OBS submits project to Investor.
Investor sends a non-binding Letter of Interest (LOI) with the basic conditions for the acquisition.
A face-to-face meeting is required to discuss and define the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement.
Purchase Agreement is signed.
Investor proceeds by Bank Wire Transfer according to Purchase Agreement.

NOTE:

Investor is a passive investor and will only act through his designated Wealth Management company based in Switzerland, which will be conducting the entire transaction.
